Please note, that you always have to enter appearance & sensation in the form for the app to be able to determine your cervical mucus quality and show it in the cycle view.

Based on either appearance or sensation entry alone, the above is not possible and it can be that the end of the fertile period is missed because the mucus quality data cannot be taken into account.

Simply go to the preferences (options wheel on main page) and click on the tick mark next to "disable form info". You can still look up all information in the In App Manual (button top right, Manual) or reset this preference at any time in the preferences.

The error could be due to a "double entry". On what day/date does the "Cycle View" not show your entries anymore? Have a look at the Journal. Is there any date that is shown twice?

If so, note down your entry of that day on a sheet of paper and then go into the Form. Enter the date of the erroneous double entry on top. Then click on the trash button on the very left.

Now the Cycle View should work correctly again and you can re-enter the data you have written down on your sheet of paper by just making a new entry for that day in the form.

To easily enter data from previous cycles, just click on the entry form pencil on the main page.

Then start the entries of your cycles with the earliest date you would like to enter. After you are finished filling out the form for this day, don't confirm with the ok tick mark on the right, as you usually would, but click on the arrow that points to the right (on the left hand side). Then continue with the entry for the following day (its date will automatically show and you only have to adjust the temperature and cervix quality assessment).

After you are done entering all dates you want to enter, save your last entry by clicking on the ok tick mark on the right hand side.

Now you should be able to look at all your cycles in the display. Corresponding statistics with personalized feedback can be looked at in the Statistics.

Yes, see our picture tutorial. You simply have to click on display, select the cycle where you would want to analyse manually, then click on the button on the top right and on manually adjust end day of my fertile period. Then you can just enter the date, where you want the fertile period in the middle of the cycle to end.

You can switch back to automated determination for this cycle by simply resetting your entry.

We unfortunately had to add internet permission with one of our last updates because we added the in-app donation option. It says on the Play Store site that in-app purchases would be possible in our app. But in the end we do not have any in app purchases, the app is completely free and completely functional. Only for those who would like to support us with an amount of their choice, we added the support us option.

Your data is still only stored on your personal device and will Never be uploaded or synchronized with any online database or any other place besides your phone. Privacy and the complete security of your data is very important to us.

However, please note that when you send us an email and attach your database, we may use it for debugging purposes and when you request a PDF report of your data the request will be uploaded to a secure server (encrypted) and stored there until we were able to process the file and send you your report.

Option # 1 by email backup

1.) Make sure you have the latest Lady Cycle version on both your old and new phone.

2.) Start Lady Cycle on your old phone. Click on the action button on the top right and then on "backup by email". Send an email to yourself with the Lady Cycle database attached.

3.) Now use your new phone. Open the Email attachment (ladycycledbx.db) by clicking on it and then "open with Lady Cycle". Click ok.

4.) Now your data should have been properly loaded to Lady Cycle on your new phone. You simply have to update your personal settings again (configuration wheel).



Option # 2 by SD backup

1.) Make sure you have the latest Lady Cycle version on both your old and new phone.

2.) Start Lady Cycle on your New Phone. Now make any entry of your choice and click on "save to SD card". The app shows where the database was saved to (lady cycle folder on your internal or external SD card depending on device).

3.) Start Lady Cycle on your old phone. Click on the action button on the top right and then on "backup on SD card". Go to the ladycycle folder on your SD card (internal or external depending on device) and get the ladycycledbx.db file (copy on other computer or transfer directly to new phone).

4.) Transfer the database from your old phone to the ladycycle folder on your new phone by overwriting the ladycycledbx.db file with your database from the old phone.

5.) Start Lady Cycle on your new phone, click on the action button (top right) and then on import from SD card.

6.) Now your data should have been properly loaded to Lady Cycle on your new phone. You simply have to update your personal settings again (configuration wheel).

Yes, we developed Lady Cycle because we really appreciate the natural family planning method developed by the NFP work group. We are all working full time in other jobs (research and software development) and spend our free time (evening, weekends) to develop Lady Cycle for you.
